Terms & Conditions
The Client
The 'client' is deemed to be the instructing party, whether the home owner or the home owner's agent and will be liable for payment of the fee. When our energy survey is carried out.
The Inspectors
EPC 4 London  are Government qualified and licensed Energy Assessors and provide Energy Certificates for UK properties. They will be the 'inspectors/energy assessors' acting for the client.
Receipt of instructions
Instructions will be deemed to have been received from the client to the inspectors by telephone, email, fax, or post. Instructions will be acknowledged by the inspectors by email /telephone or post.
Fees
The fee will be according to the Inspector's fee structure as at the time that the instruction is received as advertised on our website.
Payment
•	Payment for the EPC is required in advance or once the site visit has been completed.
•	If you are paying on visit, payment must be made before inspector leaves the property.
•	Payment for trade clients must be received within seven working days from receipt of the invoice term agreed.
•	Payment methods are PayPal online / card payment over the phone / cheque or cash.

Cancellation Policy
•	Orders can be cancelled at least 12 hours before the inspection time.
•	Once the survey has been carried out it can not be cancelled or refunded.

Refund Policy
•	A full refund will be made if the payment has been made either by Cheque or Cash
•	15% service charges will be deducted if payment has been made by PayPal or Debit/Credit card.
•	Once the survey has been carried out it can not be cancelled or refunded.
•	Refund will be made with 7 days.
